Sunset at the Beach

The breeze across the dawning sunset

Of the cloudy spring afternoon

That curls up into a bittersweet promise

Interlocks with the glossy lagoon.

A fierce collision of waves

                                                                Erupting the whispers that subside

To hitch a warning of the magic

                                                    That my curious eyes declined.

The kaleidoscope in the sky

 Emitting the warmth of june

Captures the glorious goodbye

My puzzled glance will see soon.
